The Trigg Morris Website  – Cornwall

We have a programme for 2025    Click to view

On a very bleak cold and misty evening, Trigg Morris continued tonight their seasonal weekly pub visits with a performance outside the Cheesewring Hotel, at Minions on Bodmin Moor.

Destroyed by fire on Christmas Eve 2021, the once very popular Hotel claimed to be the highest pub in Cornwall . . . so Trigg  danced this year outside the two highest drinking establishments in Cornwall – here and St Breward.

We have a full programme of pubs to visit – even when they closed years ago or were burned down

We think they are going to open the day after we visit Lanreath and Polperro

We want to check if Lanreath still has a Maypole or if they’ve cut it up again

(That’s us in Chapel Amble with Boscastle BM)

We will try to ensure that for each spot the dances will be unique and not repeats

This means that for Easter Monday we had to have 34 dances up our collective sleeves

Our old mate Jim has sent us a record of what we did in 2008 – Enjoy !
